Frequently asked questions

Choose a question to read the answer.

How does logo removal differ from text removal?

Logo removal suits brand graphics and combined graphic-and-text marks. Select the whole graphic, including small symbols, outlines and shadows, while preserving important product information.

For an ordinary caption, date or annotation, use text removal without selecting surrounding graphics.

Can logos on fabric, packaging or curved surfaces be removed naturally?

You can try, but a natural result is not guaranteed. Folds, reflections and perspective affect repairs. Compare textures, edges and lighting with the original, keeping essential product information intact.

If the mark sits at an edge you can discard, consider cropping the image. Save your result before switching tools.

Which logos may I remove?

Only edit images you own or have sufficient permission to change. Removing a graphic does not grant copyright, trademark rights or a new usage license.

How are image credits used?

One credit is reserved on submission, consumed on success and released on confirmed failure or cancellation. Downloading the same available result again costs no extra credit. All five removal tools share an allowance.

Which files are supported?

Use JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MiB and 16 megapixels, with a filename of no more than 64 characters. Keep the original. Videos and PDFs are not supported.

How long is the result available?

Download within 24 hours of submission. Refreshing or leaving clears your local image and mask. Existing cloud tasks remain accessible from your account's task list.
