JPEG, PNG or WebP · up to 25 MB · 24 megapixelsCompression re-encodes an image to change how much data it needs. ClixMagic keeps source dimensions by default, offers optional downscaling, and supports three alternatives or custom quality for comparing detail, website needs and platform compatibility.

Check texture, gradients and small labels. Use 75% as a starting point and compare it with the higher-quality option.
Choose WebP when transparency matters, and confirm that the website or software receiving it supports the format.
Open a JPEG, PNG or WebP and note the original file size as your comparison point.
JPEG suits photo sharing; WebP retains transparency. Keep the original dimensions or reduce the longest edge. Generate 50%, 75% and 90% alternatives or set custom quality. These numbers are not size reductions.
Click a result to inspect it at 100% and switch to the original for comparison. Check file size, small text and texture before downloading. If the file is larger or loses too much detail, keep the original or adjust settings and generate again.

There is no target-size setting yet. The tool provides three results with actual sizes so you can choose one that fits your needs, without a guaranteed KB target.
No. The 50%, 75% and 90% values control lossy encoding quality. Photos, screenshots and graphics respond differently. A smaller file or unchanged detail is not guaranteed; compare actual sizes and inspect at 100%.
If the image has unwanted edges, use image cropping first, then download and compress the crop.
Source dimensions are kept by default. Select a longest edge of 2560, 1920, 1280 or 800 pixels to downscale proportionally without enlarging small images. Output dimensions are shown before processing.
JPEG suits common photo sharing and fills transparent areas with white. WebP retains transparency, but check platform support. PNG compression output is not offered. Inspect transparent edges and the exported result.
For a multi-image layout, use grid splitting first, save the tiles and compress individual files if needed.
