Privacy policy
What ClixMagic processes, why it is used, the difference between local and cloud tools, and how to contact us about privacy.
1. Scope
This policy covers data handling for this website's local image tools, accounts, subscriptions and cloud-task entry points. ClixMagic is the product name used by this site. Contact the support address on this page for privacy questions or requests. Identity providers and payment platforms also apply their own policies.
2. Local images and edits
Crop, compress and split read files you choose and process them in the current browser without uploading originals or results to our server. Images, settings and results stay in page memory. Refreshing, navigating or changing languages clears the workspace; there is no server editing history. Your device manages downloaded files.
3. Website access, operations and product events
Loading pages, scripts, styles and fonts creates website requests. Hosting infrastructure may receive IP addresses, browser details, request paths and times. We also record first-party product events such as page and tool opens, file selection, cloud submission, task completion, downloads and checkout to understand whether features work and where a funnel stops. Product events contain only allow-listed event names, page paths, UTM fields, referrer host and a random current-tab session identifier. They do not contain image contents, account identifiers, full referrer URLs or custom text. Operational logs may record response status, error codes and correlation identifiers to operate the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
4. Accounts, identity and sessions
When you select Google or GitHub sign-in, the provider and account service handle authorization. The site may use returned account identifiers, display names, avatars and provider information to recognize you and provide account features. Necessary cookies maintain sessions and associate login attempts; access credentials remain server-side. Signing out does not delete your third-party account.
5. Image tasks and subscriptions
When you use image removal, your selected image and editing area are uploaded to generate a result. Tasks and orders are associated with your account so you can check their progress, results and billing. Sign in to download results within 24 hours of submission. Related files and records may be retained after access expires. Images used with local tools are not uploaded for processing.
6. Third-party services and payments
We use third-party services for hosting, security verification, sign-in and payments. These services may process the account, order and transaction information needed to provide their functions, and their own privacy policies apply. Enter card details on the payment provider's page and do not send them to us by email.
7. Retention and deletion
Local edits are not stored as server image records. Account, billing, task and operational records are retained according to their purposes, service configuration and legal obligations; no universal 24-hour deletion promise applies to all data. Deleting a task does not mean that accounts, backups, billing or third-party records are all deleted. Contact support to check specific records.
8. Choices and requests
You can use local tools without signing in, end a website session, and remove or restrict cookies in your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of data. Explain the account and scope of your request; we may need to verify identity. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full card numbers or access tokens.
9. Regions, minors and security
Hosting, authentication and payment services may process information outside your region. Only provide content you have the right to process. Minors should have guardian guidance or consent where required by law; contact support if a minor has improperly provided personal data. Access controls and transport protection reduce risks, but no system is promised to be absolutely secure.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may change with features and data-handling practices; the page shows its latest update date. Contact support to report an inconsistency, exercise applicable rights or raise a security concern. This policy does not limit mandatory rights or complaint routes under applicable law.
