Services and availability

ClixMagic offers free browser-based crop, compression and grid tools, plus image watermark removal and four smart eraser entry points. All smart eraser modes require a mask. Task submission and payment availability are shown on feature and checkout pages. See Contact for verifiable support information.

Rights to images and their use

Only process material you own or are adequately authorized to edit. Editing an image or removing a watermark does not grant copyright, trademark or usage rights. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and may not use the service to infringe rights, mislead others, expose private information or process expressly prohibited content.

Inspect results and understand limits

Image processing may introduce artifacts; complex backgrounds, text and obscured details may not be restored. Lossless or perfect removal, fixed processing times, video, PDF, API and unlimited use are not promised. Local encoding, cropping and conversion can also change details and metadata. Keep originals and inspect outputs.

Plans and renewal

Image Pack, Creator and Pro default to a one-time purchase. Creator and Pro become monthly subscriptions only if you opt in. Plan credits cover watermark, people, object, text and logo removal. Video, PDF, API and unlimited usage are not included. Amounts, currency, allowances and scope are repeated on the pricing and checkout confirmation pages. Monthly plans renew at the price confirmed at checkout, not only for the first month. No permanent discount or invented deadline is promised. Applicable taxes will be stated before checkout confirmation.

Credit rules

Image Pack credits last 90 days from payment; one-time Creator and Pro credits last 30 days without renewal. Optional monthly credits follow the actual paid billing period and do not roll over. Tasks reserve one credit, consume it on success and release it after confirmed failure or cancellation. Uncertain outcomes retain the reservation. Re-downloading an available result costs no additional credit.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Local results stay in page memory; download before leaving. Image processing results require authenticated download within 24 hours of submission. After access expires, image files and task records may continue to be retained. Account and billing records are outside this scope; see Privacy. User breach and account enforcement

Protect your sign-in method, do not impersonate others and do not bypass access or security controls. If you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, we may cancel tasks, restrict features, remove or isolate related uploads and results, and suspend or terminate your account. For serious, repeated or evasive violations, we may forfeit remaining promotional or paid credits where applicable law permits; orders affected by enforcement are handled under the Refunds and cancellation notice. Evidence or billing records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, investigation or dispute handling.

Support, appeals and applicable rights

If you believe an account or content action was mistaken, email support with the account, task identifier and reasons for review. Contact support for billing or privacy disputes as well. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected; relevant descriptions will be updated as features and rules change.
