Acceptable use policy
Understand prohibited content, ClixMagic moderation, enforcement actions, reporting channels and response targets.
1. Scope
This policy applies to images, masks, task instructions, generated results and related account activity submitted to ClixMagic cloud image-processing services. You may submit only content you have the right to process and that complies with this policy and applicable law.
2. Pornography and NSFW content
Do not upload, process or generate pornography, explicit sexual acts, close-up nudity intended for sexual stimulation, or other sexually explicit NSFW content. You may not use the service to evade these restrictions.
3. Violence and gore
Do not upload, process or generate content that promotes, encourages or sensationally depicts severe violence, dismemberment, abuse, torture, death or graphic injury. Material with a legitimate news, educational or public-interest context remains subject to applicable law and may be restricted.
4. Hate speech
Do not upload, process or generate content that attacks, degrades, excludes, threatens or incites violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or another protected characteristic.
5. Child safety and zero tolerance for CSAM
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, harms or endangers a minor. Suspected material will be restricted immediately and, where legally required, relevant evidence will be preserved and reported to competent authorities or designated reporting channels. No one may attempt to upload, process, generate, share or solicit this content.
6. Deepfakes, impersonation and NCII
Do not create or alter deceptive deepfakes, impersonate another person, or create, process or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) without the valid consent of the person depicted. Do not use a real person's image for fraud, harassment, extortion, defamation or invasion of privacy.
7. Copyright and trademarks
Do not process or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other intellectual-property or personality rights. Removing a watermark, text or logo does not grant ownership or permission to use the underlying material; obtain all necessary authorization before submitting it.
8. Moderation process
We use automated security and input checks to identify evident risks and may conduct targeted manual review after a report, unusual behavior or another risk signal. Reviews consider the content, context, account history and applicable law. Automated checks cannot identify every violation, and we do not promise human pre-review of every task.
9. Enforcement
When we identify suspected violations, we may cancel or reject tasks, restrict access, remove or isolate uploaded content and results, and request more information. For serious, repeated or evasive violations, we may suspend or terminate accounts and, where permitted by applicable law, forfeit unused promotional or paid credits. We may retain relevant evidence under restricted access when necessary for investigation, safety, dispute handling or legal obligations.
10. Reporting and response targets
Email support@clixmagic.com with the subject “Content report” and include the relevant task or page identifier, category, explanation and verifiable evidence. We normally acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Reports involving suspected CSAM or a credible risk of imminent physical harm are prioritized for action within 24 hours. We target an initial review of other reports within 5 business days. These are operational response targets, not guaranteed final-resolution times; complex cases, identity checks, appeals or law-enforcement coordination may take longer.
11. Appeals and cooperation
If you believe an action was mistaken, email the same support address with the account, task identifier and reasons for review. Do not use reporting or appeals to harass others, submit false evidence or obstruct an investigation. We may respond to valid requests from authorities, rights holders or payment providers as required by law.
